How do I submit a trade-in request?Updated a year ago

Explanation of our trade-in tool

Our trade-in algorithm immediately estimates the value of a brand on the second-hand market. As time passes, the residual value of a brand changes. The value of a bicycle is now determined based on five criteria: brand, recommended retail price, type of bicycle, year of manufacturing and mileage.

  • Bicycle Brand: We collaborate with over 200 brands.
  • New price: Retail Price of the bicycle corresponding to year (accessories are NOT taken into account unless dual batteries or range extenders)
  • Date of purchase: Year Model of Manufacturing (not sales)
  • Miles: number of miles displayed on the odometer when you receive the bicycle
  • Proposed price: Acquisition price is all-inclusive (incl. taxes) meaning is the total value we will recognize and pay for the bicycle
  • Condition Assumptions:
    • The motor and battery power on.
    • You can change and switch engine modes.
    • No cracks in the frame or fork.
    • Complete set (at least one key, charger included).
  • Bicycle Origin: Indicate from whom you are acquiring the bicycle to ensure accurate accounting
  • Important:  Information to share internally (e.g., Mrs. Jacksons' bicycle)

NB! Each trade-in request remains valid for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of submission. If you have not scheduled the pick-up within this period, the trade-in request, including the stated price, will be forfeited. After 2 weeks you will have to submit a new trade-in request.
