My trade-in request has been approved, what now?

After your trade-in request has been approved, you can upload the necessary documents (Original buying invoice, Upway trade-in invoice) into the tool.

• Original buying invoice: You can upload the original purchase invoice. This is optional, but helps to ensure that there is no error in the trade-in request, such as the suggested retail price or the bicycle model.
• Invoice to Upway: An invoice from you to us, so that we can pay you. We are an authorized reseller therefore please omit any sales taxes. (For more information about billing, see "How do I create an invoice for Upway?").
