How can I schedule a pick-up appointment?Updated a year ago

After you have uploaded all documents in your 'See my requests' tab, you can schedule the bicycle for collection. Select a date of your choice and our partner will collect the bicycle during your opening hours. Once you have sent the request, you will receive a confirmation email with a label that you can print and attach to the bicycle.

Packing instructions for the bicycle 

  • Completeness: The bicycle must be equipped with a battery, charger and keys.
  • Operation: The bicycle must be able to start and the support must work (important: you must be able to cycle on it!).
  • Key attachment: Make sure the keys are securely attached to the handlebars to prevent loss (you can use zip ties, for example).
  • Accessories: Place the charger and other accessories in a bag and secure it to the bicycle to prevent loss.
  • Identification: For faster identification and payment of the bicycle, attach a label or sticker with the Upway ID to the bicycle.
  • Label attachment: Use a stapler to attach the logistics label; do not stick it directly on the bicycle.

 

What should I do if I forgot to bring an item?

If you have forgotten to provide an item, you can return the item to us within a maximum of 2 weeks.
